Before Betting On NASCAR Cup Series Championship Race

The entire NASCAR season comes down to the final weekend of the season, as four drivers remain in the hunt for the top prize. This weekend’s race has been a regular stop on the schedule since it was introduced in 1988, with the field completing 312 miles to make up the race distance. A total of 312 laps will be completed, with the final stage seeing the final 122 laps of the campaign being competed.

In each of the previous three seasons, the driver that has won this race has been crowned as the champion, including 12 months ago when Joey Logano reigned supreme. Four drivers remain in contention for the prize this weekend, with Ryan Blaney holding the very narrow advantage at the top of the current standings. The driver moved to the summit after a thrilling win in the Xfinity 500 last weekend.

Christopher Bell currently sits second in the overall standings, with his most recent success coming in the 4EVER 400 just a few weeks ago. However, Bell remains the outsider of the four in the betting this weekend. William Byron will need a victory this weekend to seal the title, but he has already landed six wins this season.

Kyle Larson could prove to have the required experience to get over the line this weekend, as he landed a maiden title with victory in the NASCAR Cup Series Championship race in 2021. He has finished in the top two in two of the previous three races, but a response will be needed after his seventh-placed finish last weekend.
