One of the most exciting weekends on the Formula 1 calendar this year takes place this weekend, as the streets of Sin City will host the first Las Vegas Grand Prix. While it may not be the most technical race on the calendar, there will be star-studded attention on the street race in Nevada this weekend.

Before Betting On Las Vegas Grand Prix

F1 have been vying for a race in Las Vegas throughout history, and that dream becomes a reality this weekend, as the first Las Vegas Grand Prix is staged in Sin City. The first race will take place on Sunday, with the drivers completing 310.050km under the lights in Nevada. A total of 50 laps will be completed, with some of the most significant sights in Vegas being evident from a lap of the circuit.

The title race is already over in F1, with Max Verstappen claiming a third straight Drivers’ Championship a few weeks ago. However, Red Bull have their sights set on a first one-two finish in the Drivers’ standings, and Sergio Perez could assure that finish this weekend.

The Mexican holds a healthy advantage over Lewis Hamilton, who will be hoping to respond after a really poor weekend in Brazil for the Mercedes team. They will need to respond this weekend as they could face a fight for second in the Constructors’ Standings with Ferrari and McLaren.

The latter has been one of the stories in the second half of the season, with Lando Norris having finished second in four of the previous six races. Fernando Alonso also bounced back to form in Brazil, as he managed to get his Aston Martin to finish third, narrowly edging out Sergio Perez on the line at Interlagos.
