The LA Lakers take on the Phoenix Suns in Arizona. LeBron and AD head to meet D-Book and Kevin Durant who experienced plenty of trouble lately. Right now, the two units aren’t very far apart from one another in the standings, so this contest has a lot at stake.

Before Betting on LA Lakers vs. Phoenix Suns

The Lakers have four wins in the past five games, and it’s safe to say that the purple and gold found some kind of a positive rhythm. The rivals weren’t some high-caliber units, but overall, wins are all that matters. After beating the Pelicans and the Pistons at home, the Lakers defeated the Jazz in Utah before losing to Golden State at the Chase Center, 128-110.

San Antonio was their latest victim at the Crypto.com Arena, where they defeated the team from Texas, 123-118, having a solid challenge on the opposite side of the court. LeBron had 30 points, nine assists and seven boards, while Davis scored 28 with 13 rebounds. D’Angelo Russell had 22.

The Suns are coming off back-to-back defeats, both away from home, and both in Texas. The first was against the Mavericks and Luka, 123-113, while the second took place in Houston against the developing Rockets, 114-110. It was a close call that one, but the Suns stayed on the losing side after the final buzzer.

Durant had a team-high in Houston, 28 points, with 11 boards and eight assists, while Booker scored 25. A big surprise was Bol Bol who had 25 buckets with 14 boards, shooting 11-for-17 from the field. He could be a great weapon in Phoenix’s game, only if he gets a chance.

The Lakers have been good these days, but most of the wins were at home or on the road against mediocre teams. Meanwhile, the Suns are eager to stop the negative skid, and they play at home, so we pick them to win here. An additional motive is that they already lost three times to LAL this season.
