New Orleans Pelicans and the Sacramento Kings take one another at the Smoothie King Center in Louisiana.

Before betting on the Kings vs. Pelicans

The Kings will play their fifth consecutive road game. But that isn’t as big of a problem as the fact that they have to appear without their leader, De’Aaron Fox, who is this crew’s heart and soul. He is out due to an injury and won’t be in the protocol for tonight’s event.

Sacramento lost the most recent game in Indianapolis against the Pacers, with 107-104. Fox didn’t play that one as well, which was obvious in the last few minutes when the Kings couldn’t score and hit back at the hosts. For the moment, their result on this road trip is two wins (T-Wolves and Spurs) and two losses (T-Wolves and Pacers).

The Pelicans stopped a 10-game losing streak with a win over LeBron and the Lakers last night, 131-126. It was a big win for the hosts, who returned in the final period and managed to break the purple and gold.

Brandon Ingram caught his groove once again with 35 points. His delivery is of the utmost importance for this unit, and in our humble opinion, Ingram is a more valuable and important player than Zion. CJ McCollum had 23 points, and Trey Murphy 21.

The Pelicans have a nice chance of beating weakened rivals. Sacramento won’t have Fox, and their energy bar is shorter than the rival’s, so we take the hosts to end up on the winning side tonight.
