The big matchup of the MLS Eastern Conference is on this Saturday. FC Cincinnati hosts New England Revolution in a battle of the conference’s two top teams. For the moment, FC is leading the way with 43 points, seven more than the Revs. However, the guests are in better shape, apparently.

Before Betting on FC Cincinnati vs. New England Revolution

The hosts are extremely confident, and before losing to Washington DC last weekend, they were without a defeat for 14 straight games, which is more than impressive. In most of these victories, the FC scored at least twice, and that’s because of their top striker, Luciano Acosta, who has nine goals scored and four assists.

His partner from attack, Brandon Vazquez, and the USMNT defender, Matt Miazzaga, are out for the hosts in this one, as they have international duties, and the fans are a bit worried about that. These two guys have a significant impact on Cinci’s game.

On the other side is New England, which steadily improved its form over the past six weeks. After three defeats in a row, they would post three draws and three victories. Their victims were Inter Miami, Orlando City and Toronto FC, all of them defeated at the Gillette Stadium.

The Revs’ five of the previous six games ended with both teams netting and with at least three goals, which suggests that they play exciting and efficient affairs. Though, they are without a victory on the road in the past four games.

The hosts are more than confident at their TQL Stadium, having ten wins in ten appearances. On the other end, the guests are coming to town to play football without any calculations, and that’s why we think over 2.5 goals are the best pick in this case.
