Two of the hottest teams in the National Basketball Association are set to get together on Wednesday night. The Golden State Warriors will host the Minnesota Timberwolves. The Warriors have won 4 straight games, and are 8-2 in their last 10 games. Overall, the Warriors are tied with the Houston Rockets for the best record in the Western Conference, at 8-3. The Warriors are scoring nearly 119 points per game.

For Minnesota, they are winners of 5 straight games, and are now 7-3 overall. The Timberwolves have won 3 out of 5 games on the road this season. Minnesota lost two of their games during the losing stretch without Jimmy Butler. Since he is back, they are playing much better basketball. The Timberwolves are are scoring 109.4 points per game, and allowing 109.8 per game. The Timberwolves are +10.5  at MyBookie against the Warriors.

Warriors Heating Up

The Golden State Warriors are back up to their old ways. The Warriors are scoring more than 118 points per game. That leads the NBA. The Minnesota Timberwolves have a Big 3 of their own, and a fourth that is pretty talented as well. Minnesota added Jimmy Butler and Jeff Teague to go with Andrew Wiggins and Karl Anthony Towns in the offseason. The Timberwolves big man from Kentucky; Towns leads the team with nearly 22 points per game. Teague, who came over from the Atlanta Hawks is dishing out nearly 9 assists per game.

The Timberwolves are looking to get to the postseason this year, after winning just 76 games over the last three seasons. In the five game winning streak for Minnesota, they are scoring 114 points per game. The Timberwolves won four straight games by an average of 6 points per game.

Golden State Wins Again

Here we go – a great Western Conference game in the NBA on Wednesday night. But, when push comes to shove, the Golden State Warriors are starting to play great basketball, and they are ready to prove that they are back on the top of their game.
