After a 3-4 start, New York has reeled off six straight wins. This includes a 104-90 victory against the Atlanta Dream on Thursday night.

This was a competitive game early on, with New York leading by two points after the first quarter. However, the Liberty seized control of the game for good, outscoring Atlanta 59-45 over the middle two frames.
Breanna Stewart tied for team-high scoring honors. She finished with 19 points, 11 rebounds, and five assists. Marine Johannes added 17 points on 5-for-6 shooting from the field. Satou Sabally led the second unit with 19 points and three rebounds in just 17 minutes of action.
Following a 3-4 start, the Mystics have split their last four games. This stretch includes an 86-85 victory against the Toronto Tempo on Friday.
Washington seemed to be in control, leading by 13 points entering the fourth quarter. But a furious rally pulled the Tempo ahead by a point in the game's waning moments. Fortunately, Sonia Citron hit a fadeaway jumper as the game clock expired, allowing the Mystics to hold on for the win.
Four players reached double figures for the road team. Lauren Betts led the charge with 18 points and four rebounds off the bench on an efficient 8-for-9 effort from the field. Michaela Onyenwere added 17 points and five rebounds, while Sonia Citron finished with 17 points, five rebounds, three assists, and two steals.
The Mystics prevailed despite committing a season-high 22 turnovers and shooting just 2-for-18 (11 percent) from beyond the arc.
