Interestingly the phone number is very well hidden in the small print of certain pages and there are comments from real users online who suggest they withdrew the service during the Covid-19 pandemic and didn’t want to roll it out again after, so it appears that Bookmaker would prefer to communicate with their customers via live chat or email.
