After back-to-back losses to the Sparks and Wings, Las Vegas has reeled off three straight wins. This includes a narrow 84-79 victory over the Golden State Valkyries on Saturday.

The Aces were up by seven after the opening stanza, but the game was far from over. Fast forwarding to fourth quarter action, A'ja Wilson hit a jumper from the left corner to give Las Vegas a one-point lead.
Veronica Burton answered with a bucket, and Jackie Young knocked down a 3-pointer, putting the home team up by two points. Wilson and Young knocked down a pair of free throws each to finally seal the win.
Wilson scored a team-high 28 points and pulled down 14 rebounds. Young also had a solid performance, finishing with 27 points, five boards, and five dimes on 6-for-8 shooting from beyond the arc.
Not only have the Storm dropped five straight, but four of those losses were by double-digit margins. Their latest setback was an 88-68 loss to the Minnesota Lynx.
Seattle started off strong, leading 24-16 through the first 10 minutes. But Minnesota seized control of the game for good over the middle frames, outscoring the Storm by a sizeable 55-29 margin on its way to a dominating 20-point win.
Natasha Hiedeman co-led three double-digit scorers with 14 points, along with five assists and four rebounds. Jade Melbourne put up 14 points off the bench on 4-for-7 shooting. Seattle shot 35 percent overall and 31 percent from deep, while committing 21 turnovers.
