Nantes vs. Brest

Nantes are one of just two teams in France that are yet to lose a match in 2025, but they have played out four draws across that period.

Brest have the upper hand based on previous meetings between the teams, winning four of the last five. Their ability to gain wins could be the decisive factor on Friday, especially after winning their last two on the road.

PSG vs. Monaco

The big match of the weekend sees two of the top three collide on Friday. PSG have been excellent this season, and they have failed to score in just two of their last 40 home matches under Luis Enrique.

Monaco’s record against the top teams is poor, winning just one point from matches against sides in the top five. Therefore, the Parisians could prove good value when making Ligue 1 picks.

Nice vs. Lens

There is little to separate Nice and Lens in the league standings at this stage of the season, as they sit fifth and sixth, respectively.

Lens have recorded wins in each of their previous two fixtures, but the preference is for the home side, who could move into the Champions League positions with a win on Saturday.

Lille vs. Le Havre

Lille have an excellent record in this fixture after suffering just a single defeat in the 18 home matches against Le Havre.

The visitors have suffered defeats in each of their last ten matches against sides ranked in the top half of the standings. Therefore, it is hard to overlook the prospect of a home win this weekend.

St. Etienne vs. Rennes

Rennes boast a fine away record against St. Etienne, having avoided defeat in each of the last eight. However, it could be worth noting that six matches across that period have ended in draws.

That could be an interesting angle this weekend, as the home side have already conceded a staggering 43 goals in 20 matches this term.

Lyon vs. Reims

Interestingly, Lyon have recorded wins in just 26% of their league matches against Reims. The hosts also come into this round after failing to win in each of their last seven matches across all competitions.

Reims have also failed to win in their last nine in Ligue 1. Therefore, the draw could be the likely angle based on the trends.

Strasbourg vs. Montpellier

Strasbourg have a very good record in this fixture, as they have lost just three of their last 19 home league matches against Montpellier.

Meanwhile, they have suffered just a single defeat in their last seven matches. Montpellier’s defensive record is poor, having conceded at least once in each of their last 26.

Auxerre vs. Toulouse

Auxerre have failed to win their last nine matches across all competitions, which is their longest winless sequence since August 2015.

Toulouse have been strong defensively in Ligue 1, as they have kept four clean sheets in their last six on the road. The fact that they are winless in their last four is a concern, but the away win could be worth the chance at the prices.

Angers vs. Marseille

Marseille have been one of the best attacking teams in Ligue 1 this season, scoring 43 goals in their 20 matches.

They have failed to score in just one of their last 16 away matches against promoted teams in the French top-flight, and they have recorded wins in seven of their last 16 matches at Angers.
