The National Football League is back for Week 7 of the season. The Carolina Panthers are on the road as they will take on the Chicago Bears on Sunday. The Carolina Panthers are out of the NFC South, and so far they have won 4 out of 6 games. The Panthers have a couple extra days off, as they lost on Thursday Night Football to the Philadelphia Eagles at home last week.

For the Chicago Bears, they are looking to win their second straight game. The Bears are 2-4 on the season and last place in the NFC North. The Bears other two wins this season came in overtime, as they were able to down the Pittsburgh Steelers, and then last week they beat the Baltimore Ravens. The Carolina Panthers are -3 on the road over the Chicago Bears in this game.

Bears Seeking Second Straight

John Fox and his Chicago Bears are looking for their second straight win. The Bears are projected by many to be one of the worst teams in all of the league. Chicago has scored 105 points and allowed 148 on the season. The Bears have started their rookie quarterback Mitchell Trubisky twice this season for Mike Glennon.

The running game for Chicago is what is keeping them afloat on the offensive side. The Bears top running back has been Jordan Howard, who is 5 yards shy of 500 on the season. Kendall Wright leads the receiving core, with 236 yards and a touchdown. Chicago feels there is an outside chance in the NFC North, as the Packers lost their quarterback, and Minnesota and Detroit both seem beatable.

Carolina WIth Weapons

Cam Newton has won a MVP award before, and would like to get back to that form. The quarterback is just shy of 1,500 passing yards, with 9 touchdown passes. Kelvin Benjamin leads the team with nearly 400 receiving yards and a touchdown, on 26 carries.

Jonathan Stewart and Christian McCaffrey are both running backs that are getting plenty of looks this season. Stewart has rushed the football  85 times, while McCaffrey is more of the pass catching running back. Carolina is scoring more than 21 points per game, and allowing 20.3 per game.

Panthers Win Easily

When you are betting this game – keep in mind that Cam Newton is the best player on the field. The Bears do not have healthy bodies enough to keep Newton down and keep him down. The Carolina Panthers have several weapons as well, which is going to make the Carolina offense go without any kinks in this game.

Mitch Trubisky is a better option than Mike Glennon, but the youngster is going to be in over his head in this game. The Panthers defense is going to keep the Bears down, and come away with a major win. The final bet for the NFL game on Sunday afternoon is the Carolina Panthers -3 over the Chicago Bears at GTBets in Week 7.
