The Storm aim to rebound following a blowout loss to Phoenix
There isn't a nice way to say it. Seattle has had a rough season following a decent 3-4 start. In fact, they have dropped their last 10 games, including a 93-73 loss to the Phoenix Mercury on Saturday.

Things looked promising early on for the Storm, as they led by five after the first quarter. Unfortunately, Phoenix responded and seized control of the game for good after that, outscoring Seattle 29-17 in the second and 33-20 in the third.
Natisha Hiedeman led the offense with 20 points and four assists, going 6-of-9 from the field. Flau'jae Johnson added 13 points, while Dominquie Malonga and Zia Cooke contributed 10 points each. Despite solid individual efforts, the Storm struggled offensively, shooting 36 percent overall and 29 percent from 3-point range.
Dallas looks to stack consecutive wins following a narrow victory over the Sky
The Wings began their season with seven wins in their first 10 games. Since then, they have alternated wins and losses, going 3-3 in their last six outings. This stretch includes a 93-92 over the Chicago Sky.
The Sky had Dallas on the ropes through the first three quarters, leading by a 71-57 margin. However, the Wings answered the bell in the final 10 minutes, scoring a season-high 36 points in the fourth — including two free throws by Li Yueru — to pull off a dramatic come-from-behind win.
Jessica Shepard was one of four starters in double figures. She led the charge with 21 points, eight rebounds, and three assists. Paige Bueckers had a great all-around outing as well, finishing with 19 points, eight assists, and seven rebounds. Now the Wings travel to Seattle, hoping to notch consecutive victories for the first time in nearly three weeks.
Storm vs Wings WNBA Pick
Seattle enters this battle as a nine-point underdog. Here's a look at what you need to know for both teams ahead of this contest.
- The Storm are 0-10 (SU) in their previous 10 games.
- Seattle is 5-1 ATS in its last six home outings.
- The Wings are 7-3 (SU) in their previous 10 contests.
- Dallas is 2-4 ATS in its last six matchups.
The Storm are not an elite squad at home, going 2-3 in their previous five outings at Climate Pledge Arena. At the same time, Dallas is just slightly better on the road, winning three of its last five away from home. Still, the Wings are a top-five team at both ends of the floor, giving them the upper hand in this Western Conference showdown.
