The Sixers face their steepest climb yet
Philadelphia got off to a decent start before another late-game meltdown. On the heels of an 108-94 loss — their third straight defeat — the Sixers are just one loss away from being eliminated.

Philly led by as many as 12 points and held a slim one-point advantage through three quarters. However, another pedestrian fourth-quarter effort sealed the home team's fate. The Sixers scored 18 points in the final frame in Game 2 and managed just 12 in Game 3.
Four of the five starters reached double figures. Kelly Oubre Jr. led the way with 22 points and eight rebounds. Joel Embiid added a stat line of 18-6-5, while Paul George contributed 15. George knocked down six of his first nine shots, but went 0-for-9 the rest of the way.
New York is aiming for its seventh straight playoff win
On the other side, the Knicks overcame a double-digit deficit. And thanks to another strong effort in the closing moments, they cruised to an easy 14-point win.
Jalen Brunson delivered another quality performance, scoring 33 points and adding nine dimes, marking his 24th postseason game with 30-plus points as a member of the Knicks. Mikal Bridges added 23 points on 8-for-14 shooting.
Can the Sixers pull off the unthinkable, or will the Knicks punch their ticket to the Eastern Conference Finals?
