A pair of Eastern Conference teams will get together in the NBA on Tuesday evening. The Milwaukee Bucks and Cleveland Cavaliers started the season as contenders to win the Central Division, and both have aspirations of getting to the NBA Finals. The Milwaukee Bucks and Cleveland Cavaliers have both gotten off to slow starts to begin the 2017 – 2018 season. These two teams are a combined 8-11 on the season. The Milwaukee Bucks are slight underdogs, being on the road. The Milwaukee Bucks are +4 at MyBookie over the Cleveland Cavaliers.

Cleveland Not Defending

The Cleveland Cavaliers have been to the NBA Finals three straight seasons. The Cavaliers have been poor to start the 2017 – 2018 season with 4 wins in 10 games. Cleveland is scoring 108.5 points per game, but allowing more than 113 per game. The Cavaliers bounced back from a four game losing streak with a win over the Washington Wizards, but then turned around and allowed 117 points to the Atlanta Hawks in a loss.

LeBron James is once again dominating the league. The King scored 57+ in the win over the Wizards last week. LeBron is scoring just shy of 29 points per game, and dishing out 9.1 assists per game. The Cavaliers as a team are 15th in the league in assists per game, and 22nd in rebounding. Cleveland will likely be without Kevin Love for this game, along with Tristan Thompson, Iman Shumpert and Isaiah Thomas.

Milwaukee Slow Out of the Gates

The Milwaukee Bucks are 2-2 away from home this season. Milwaukee has the leading scorer in the NBA on their side, as Giannis Antetokounmpo is scoring 31 points per game. He is making nearly 59% of his shots, and is 80% from the free thrown line. The Greek Freak also leads the team with 10 rebounds per game, and 5 assists. The Bucks have dropped three straight games to Oklahoma City, Charlotte and Detroit.

The Bucks are third in the Central Division, behind the Detroit Pistons and Indiana Pacers. They are ahead of the Cavaliers and Bulls so far. Milwaukee is seeking to get back to the postseason for the second straight season. Last year in the regular season, the Bucks won 42 games, but fell in the first round of the postseason.

Bucks Down Cavaliers

The Cleveland Cavaliers and Milwaukee Bucks both are in need of wins in this game. The problem is the Cleveland Cavaliers roster is a complete mess. They cannot guard, and their offense is not balanced enough to win games on a consistent basis. The Greek Freak against LeBron James is a tremendous battle, but Greek Freak has more talent around him. The Milwaukee Bucks are going to win this game on the road at the Cleveland Cavaliers. Bet on the Milwaukee Bucks +4 at MyBookie
