New England’s New Look

Since the game against the Buccaneers, the Pats have been looking extraordinary on both sides of the field. Even against the champs, NE was very solid, and they could have won that event with a little more luck.

In the last four contests, Belichick’s boys played superb, beating teams like the LA Chargers and the Cleveland Browns, which was, in fact, their latest victory. Mac Jones and the guys blew away one of the contenders for the AFC North title into pieces, scoring 45 points and allowing only seven. Oh, yea, those 45 points were in a row.

Jones had 198 passing yards for three touchdowns, and Brian Hoyer threw for one and 85 yards. Pats smashed the Browns with their own weapon, running, posting 184 on the ground. Rhamondre Stevenson posted 100 yards on 20 snaps, having two scores as well. Kendrick Bourne had 98 receiving and one TD, while Jacoby Meyers added one as well.

 Falcons’ Disaster in Dallas

After beating the Saints on the road, the Falcons lost in Dallas 43-3, experiencing one of the worst beatings in a while. The Cowboys were immediately after Atlanta’s best player, Matt Ryan, who had only nine completions for the entire game. He passed for 117 yards, no TDs, and two picks. He was even benched afterward, with Josh Rosen entering and throwing one interception of his own.

The Falcons had five turnovers and twice as fewer first downs, 11 compared to the hosts, 22. It seemed that the Cowboys wanted to humiliate them because of their defensive coordinator, Dan Quin, who was fired a while ago by the Falcons. Quinn was the one who led the franchise from Georgia to the Super Bowl.

Matty-Ice is playing solid football this year, having 15 TDs and eight picks, and throwing for 2274 yards. Considering that he has numerous trouble with the receiving corps (for instance, losing Calvin Ridley), these numbers are solid. BTW, Kyle Pitts is developing just fine, with 606 receiving yards so far.

Patriots vs Falcons Preview and Prediction

The line for totals is 47 points and this match is perfect for betting on Under, because of the Pats’ strong defense. Yes, New England to win is also solid, but we are more into Under due to better odds, which are currently -110. If you can make a combo bet, go with the Pats and under.

NFL Pick: Under 47 points
