Both teams are a game behind Philadelphia, and tied with New Orleans in the NFC standings. Zimmer In Running for Coach of the Year

The Minnesota Vikings are on their third string quarterback with Teddy Bridgewater and Sam Bradford out. Case Keenum is getting the starts, and has been pretty solid in his season. The quarterback has tossed for more than 1,900 yards and 11 touchdowns, with a quarterback rating of 75.2 on the season. Adam Thielen has put together a fantastic season, as he is 207 yards shy of 1,000 on the season.

The Vikings are also without running back Dalvin Cook. The rookie tore his ACL, which giving Latavius Murray and Jerrick McKinnon the chance to run the football. Minnesota is passing for more than 245 yards per game, and rushing for 118 per game. The Vikings are scoring 24.1 points per game, and allowing teams to score 18.3. The Vikings will play three straight road games following this at the Lions, Falcons and Panthers.

McVay Loving First Season

The Los Angeles Rams, under head coach Sean McVay have turned things around big time. After many years of disappointing season – the Rams have took control of the NFC West. The Rams have just two losses, at home to the Redskins and the Seahawks. Los Angeles is the top scoring teams in all of the National Football League with 32.9 points per game.

Second year quarterback Jared Goff has been outstanding, and is approaching 2,500 passing yards on the season. The signal caller in his second season has thrown 16 touchdowns, with 4 of them to Robert Woods. Todd Gurley is the leading all purpose yards guy on the team, and is 246 yards shy of rushing for 1,000 on the season. The Rams are at home next week against the Saints, and then in December, the Eagles come to down, which is a tough part of their 2017 schedule.

Vikings Win at Home

The Los Angeles Rams have been a great story, but have not seen the defense that they will see when they go to Minnesota. The Vikings are playing great football right now, and Case Keenum is doing all he can to keep the job as the starting quarterback. Keenum does what he does best and spreads the football all over the field, and the Vikings defense takes over from there. The final bet for this game on Sunday afternoon is the Minnesota Vikings -3 over the Los Angeles Rams.  Bet on the Minnesota Vikings -3 at MyBookie.
