Before Betting On NHL Stanley Cup

The upcoming NHL 2022-23 season gets underway on October 7, as the campaign opens with the San Jose Sharks and Nashville Predators clashing in the Czech Republic. Every team will once again be hoping to earn their spot in the playoffs, before making a bold bid for Stanley Cup glory.

The reigning champions will deserve a huge amount of respect before a game is played, as the Colorado Avalanche looked extremely strong throughout the previous season. Colorado eventually prevailed in six games against the Tampa Bay Lightning, who were looking to win a third straight Stanley Cup. The Avalanche looked extremely strong throughout the season, and topped the Western Conference standings.

They then completed two sweeps in the conference playoffs to set up a Stanley Cup showdown against the Lightning. The experience that they gained last season could prove immeasurable to their chances this coming season.

The Lightning once again look to have a solid chance from the Eastern Conference contenders, while the Toronto Maple Leafs and Florida Panthers will both also be looking to go better than they managed last campaign.
