The first of several College Football Conference Championship games will take place on Friday night, as the Pac-12 will decide their champion. The Stanford Cardinal will take on the USC Trojans. This is a rematch of a Week 2 affair where the USC Trojans ran the Cardinal out of the building in a 42-24 blowout. The winner of this game will not only be the Pac-12 Champion, but also play in a BCS Bowl game.

The Stanford Cardinal are 9-3. Their first loss was to USC, and then their other two losses on the season came to San Diego State and Washington State, with both games on the road. For the Trojans of USC. They started the season with four straight wins, before losing on the road to Washington State. The Trojans second loss was to the Fighting Irish of Notre Dame. The USC Trojans are -3 at MyBookie in this NCAA Football  affair on Friday.

Trojans Looking to Capture Title

The USC Trojans are led by their quarterback play of Sam Darnold. Darnold was one of the preseason favorites to win the Heisman, and while he will not win the award, he still has put up sensational throwing numbers. The quarterback is likely to be one of the top signal callers in the 2018 NFL Draft.

Ronald Jones III is the guy that many do not talk about in the USC offense. The running back was nearing 1,400 rushing yards as the regular season came to a close. The Trojans offense with those two and other weapons scored more than 34 points per game. In the Trojans current four game winning streak, they scored more than 40 points per game.

Stanford Seeking Upset

While Ronald Jones III is being discussed for the Trojans, Bryce Love is the man on the Cardinal. One of the top running backs in College Football wrapped up a season with nearly 1,900 yards and 16 touchdowns. The Cardinal offense starts on the ground with more than 210 yards per game.

The Cardinal passing game leaves something to be desired. That will likely be a big key in this game. Can K.J. Costello move the football when the Cardinal need him to the most? USC will certainly be playing to stop the run.

Cardinal Stun Trojans

In the end – this is going to be a fun Pac-12 Championship. These two teams have played in some pretty good games in the past, and this is expected to be another really good College Football game. When you are betting this game though, it’s tough to go against the disciplined, fundamental Stanford Cardinal team. They are coming on strong with late season wins over quality opponents. Look for Stanford to look to slow down the USC offense, and win this game late over the Trojans. The final bet for the Pac-12 Championship on Friday night is the Stanford Cardinal +3 over the USC Trojans.  Bet on the Stanford Cardinal +3 over the USC Trojans at MyBookie.
