The Packers (9-8) may have just snuck into the playoffs as the #7 seed, but they are confident they can go on the road and beat the Cowboys (12-5) on Sunday at AT&T Stadium. That may be a little too optimistic on the Green Bay side considering Dallas was a perfect 8-0 at home this season. The offshore odds have Dallas favored by a TD.

Before Betting on Green Bay Packers vs Dallas Cowboys

All eyes will be on the quarterbacks as they usually are this time of year. Green Bay’s 1st year starter Jordan Love came into his own over the last half of the season, throwing for 18TDs against just 1 INT over his last eight games.

On the other side of the field Cowboys QB Dak Prescott had another MVP caliber season throwing for over 4,500 yards with 36TDs against just 9 INTs. Dallas had the league’s #1 scoring offense at 29.9 ppg but Green Bay also has a top 10 passing defense giving up 206.8 ypg through the air.

Both Love and Prescott have the potential for big games on Sunday, but the Dallas defense could be the X-factor. Love has never started a playoff game before, and the Cowboys getting pressure from the likes of Micah Parsons could have him seeing ghosts. Throw in the fact that Green Bay is missing a key part of their running game in A.J. Dillon (finger) and is also very banged up in the receiving corps then it might be a tough day for the Packers offense.

2024 Wild Card Packers vs Dallas Prediction & Pick

Dallas has more talent and experience and are also playing at home, but Cowboys fans know that coach Mike McCarthy in the postseason can be iffy. Dallas will likely get the win here, but +7 points is too many to be giving up.Β
