NBA Friday Showdown: Golden State Warriors at Portland TrailBlazers

Out of the National Basketball Association – the Golden State Warriors will take on the Portland Trail Blazers. The Golden State Warriors have not lost that many games this season, but one of their most recent losses was to Portland. The Warriors are 50-14 on the season, and a game behind the Houston Rockets in the Western Conference.

The Portland Trail Blazers are one of the hottest teams in all of the league. Portland has won 8 straight games, and 9 out of their last 10 games. That has moved the Trail Blazers to third in the Western Conference with their 39-26 record.   The Golden State Warriors are -4 over the Portland Trail Blazers on Friday.

Warriors Seeking To Keep Streak Rolling

The Golden State Warriors just continue to shine. The Warriors are an identical 25-7 at home, and on the road. The Warriors have won six straight games since that road loss in Portland. Golden State is closing in on clinching the Pacific Division title, as they are 15.5 games ahead of the Los Angeles Clippers.

On the season, Portland is scoring more than 105 per game, which is 17th in the league. On the defensive side, the Trail Blazers are allowing 103.1 per game.

Warriors Top Portland on the Road

We are looking forward to this Western Conference Basketball game. Both teams are playing great basketball right now, and both teams are going to be heading to the postseason. In fact, this could be a postseason matchup. The Warriors do not lose to the same team twice in a row very often.

And it’s not going to happen here, as well. Look for Golden State to get off to a good start, and take care of business in this road game. It’s the second of back to back games for the Warriors, but they are elite for a reason. Bet on the Golden State Warriors -4 over the Portland Trail Blazers in NBA action on Friday.
