The penultimate race on the Kentucky Downs multi-million dollar card this weekend comes in the form of the G2 Kentucky Turf Cup. This race will be the ninth on the card, and it will feature eleven runners competing over 1 ½ miles on the turf for a share of the $2 million purse.

Aidan O’Brien will saddle Chief Little Rock on Saturday, who will carry bottom weight as the only three-year-old runner in the field. Highway Robber is also worth a second look for the Brian Lynch team after winning twice from three starts this season, which includes the KY Downs Preview Turf Cup Stakes last month.
