A huge Big East Basketball game will take place on Saturday at the Cintas Center in Cincinnati, Ohio between the Villanova Wildcats and Xavier Musketeers. The 4th ranked Xavier Musketeers have won 9 straight games, and are 24-3 on the season. Xavier is 12-2 in conference play, which leads the way coming into this game.

The Villanova Wildcats have dropped two out of their last three games and are now in danger of losing out on a top seed in the NCAA Tournament. Since back to back losses to the Providence Friars and Villanova Wildcats, the Musketeers have won 9 straight games. The Wildcats have six guys scoring double digits per game. Mikal Bridges is second on the team with 16.5 per game, and Donte DiVincenzo is adding 14 per game. The Wildcats will play in the NCAA Tournament for the 38th time in school history.
