The Sun look to regroup after struggling down the stretch against Toronto
Connecticut ended the month of May on a positive note, beating the Los Angeles Sparks 84-81. However, they enter this interconference tilt amid a four-game losing streak. This includes a 106-102 overtime loss to the Toronto Tempo on Wednesday.

The Sun led by as many as 14 points in the first half before Toronto rallied to force overtime. In the extra frame, the Tempo outscored Connecticut 10–6 to complete the come‑from‑behind win.
Connecticut's offense placed five players in double figures. Aliyah Edwards scored 24 points and snagged four rebounds. Leila Lacan also put up 24 points and handed out seven assists.
The Sun shot 46 percent from the field and 36 percent from beyond the arc. But 19 turnovers ultimately proved costly, with several coming in overtime and swinging the momentum away from Connecticut.
Indiana holds off Chicago behind solid outings from Boston and Clark
After suffering an 83-75 loss to the New York Liberty, the Fever have responded with two straight wins. In their recent outing, they defeated the Chicago Sky 114-106 on Thursday.
The Fever led by as many as 19 points and were ahead late in regulation before Skylar Diggins' 3-pointer sent the game into overtime. Sydney Taylor pulled the Sky within three in the extra frame before Aliyah Boston sealed the win with a pair of free throws.
Boston and Caitlin Clark were simply magnificent. Boston fueled the offense with 34 points on 50 percent shooting. She also pulled down 12 rebounds and had two blocks. Clark finished with 32 points, 10 assists, and seven rebounds. She also went 15-for-15 from the charity stripe. This marked the first time in WNBA history that a pair of teammates posted 30-point double-doubles in the same game.
Sun vs Fever WNBA Pick
Following four straight defeats, Connecticut enters this battle as a massive 11.5-point underdog. Here's a look at what you need to know for both teams ahead of this contest.

- Connecticut is 4-1 ATS in its last five outings.
- The Fever are 6-3 (SU) in their previous nine contests.
