BetUS:

Without a doubt the best political betting site we reviewed. BetUs is always an easy site to navigate, but the sheer volume of political markets on offer completely blew us away. While most sites purely focussed on the outcome of the US election, BetUS had over 20 special markets ranging from US election props to the outcome of events in Russia, Scotland, Brazil and many more.

Understandably the US election is still their primary focus and that’s on display with special odds and props, BetUS is the only site that made us feel like they actually had a politics section rather than simply a US election focus.

  • Pros: Extensive markets + options
  • Cons: None

BetUs offered the most extensive markets by far

BookMaker

While BetUs is the clear leader when it comes to political betting, Bookmaker are a solid second choice. They go beyond the most basic markets and also offered extensive options, but they layout of the site is poor and this is what holds them back. While the did have more markets, they also had listed options for candidates or outcomes that were no longer relevant or active with blank odds, so you do have to go through an extensive list to find what you’re looking for.

What we really liked was they went beyond the basic winner/loser markets to offer prop options on margins of victory, but the user experience is poor and that holds them back.

  • Pros: Extensive markets + Props
  • Cons: Poor layout and user experience
Bookmaker had the most options but too many were irrelevant or unavailable

Mybookie

MyBookie often comes in as the real ‘meat and potatoes’ betting site for us and that reputation is on full display again here. The site is easy to use and they do have an active political section, however it only featured the outcome of the US Presidential election and nothing else. Where we do give them some kudos is they went simply beyond Trump vs Harris and offered some outside picks, but there was little beyond this. A solid choice if you’re looking for US political odds, but as an overall political betting site it’s very limited.

  • Pros: Solid and reliable option
  • Cons: Only focused on US election odds

TopBet:

TopBet is a regular favorite of ours because of the no-frills approach they take to a lot of markets. The site is very easy to navigate and the odds are presented in a basic yet understandable way. What really stands out to us is the constant availability of odds compared to other sportsbooks on this list. While other sites tend to suspend markets when notable events like debates are ongoing, TopBet kept the markets live and simply adjusted the odds where appropriate.

Where TopBet does fall down is with the depth of political betting odds available. For the US election we could only find the winning candidate or the winning party, but everything they do offer is done to a high standard.

  • Pros: Easy to navigate and use
  • Cons: Limited political markets

Betwhale:

As a political betting site Betwhale is hard to rank because they don’t have a dedicated politics section, instead any available odds for upcoming elections were hidden away under “Specials” and “The United States of America”. Once you manage to locate the relevant section they do have active political odds for the US election and the rest of the process is very smooth and easy to use, but they have a long way to go to challenge TopBet or MyBookie, and even further to be mentioned in the same breath as BetUs.

  • Pros: Political Markets are available
  • Cons: No dedicated politics section
