Following back-to-back losses against the Sparks and Wings, Las Vegas enters this conference tilt winners of their last two games. In their recent outing, they defeated Los Angeles 79-69 on Tuesday night.

The Aces led by seven points at the break. And the defending champs opened the second half with an 8-0 burst, giving them a 15-point edge — a lead they did not relinquish.
A'ja Wilson was a force at both ends of the floor, finishing with 25 points, 15 rebounds, and five blocks. Jackie Young added 16 points, nine assists, and four rebounds. Las Vegas' defense limited the Sparks to just 31 percent overall and 26 percent from beyond the arc.
The Valkyries won five of their first seven matchups before dropping two of their last three games. Their latest setback was an 87-84 loss to the Minnesota Lynx on Thursday night.
Golden State was up 75-70 with seven minutes left in regulation before the Lynx responded with an 11-0 run. The Valkyries had a chance to tie the game in the waning moments, but Cecilia Zandalasini's 3-point attempt missed as the game clock expired.
Zandalasini was one of three players to score in double figures, finishing with 18 points, three rebounds, and three assists. Janelle Salaun and Tiffany Hayes added 17 and 15 points, respectively, with both players also grabbing five rebounds.
