Minnesota Looks Like A Legitimate Title Contender

After seeing their nine-game win streak end at the hands of the Seattle Storm, the Lynx bounced back with a resounding 101-78 victory against the Los Angeles Sparks.

Napheesa Collier put together a sensational performance, finishing wth 32 points, eight rebounds, six assists, two steals, and two blocked shots on 13-for-16 shooting from the field.

Courtney Williams added 17 points, connecting on six of her 10 attempts from 3-point range. Natasha Hiederman finished with 14 points and five assists off the bench.

After winning the opening quarter by a 34-15 margin, Minnesota outscored Los Angeles 24-11 in the second quarter, putting it ahead 58-26 at the break.

The Aces Are Looking To Overcome Early Struggles

Following a pair of wins against the Sparks and the Seattle Storm, the Aces have dropped three of their previous four contests, including a 76-70 loss to the Phoenix Mercury on Jun. 15.

Chelsea Gray was one of three starters who finished in double figures. She scored a team-high 20 points, along with 10 rebounds and four assists. Jewell Loyd logged 17 points, six rebounds, and two assists while Jackie Young contributed 15 points and five assists.

Phoenix led 60-54 going into the final frame. The teams played to a 16-16 stalemate in the fourth quarter, enabling the Mercury to come out on top by a six-point margin.

Lynx vs Aces WNBA Pick

Minnesota is ranked second in offensive efficiency and has the fourth-best defensive rating in the league. On the other hand, Las Vegas is seventh in scoring and ninth in points allowed, giving up 83.1 points per game.

The Lynx have won the last three meetings between these teams by double-digit margins. And that trend is expected to continue when these teams clash on Tuesday night.
