Liberty Look To Shake Off Recent Struggles

After beating the Golden State Valkyries 81-78, New York enters this contest amid a two-game skid. This includes a 90-81 loss to the Atlanta Dream on Sunday night.

Breanna Stewart was impactful at both ends of the floor. She scored 21 points, along with nine rebounds, four assists, two steals, and two blocked shots.

The Liberty trailed by a double-digit margin at the break, and that trend continued throughout most of the second half before Marine Johannes’ 3-pointer capped off the scoring with 1:05 left to play.

Los Angeles Hopes To Bounce Back From A Seven-Point Loss Against Chicago

Following an impressive 85-75 victory against the Indiana Fever on Jun. 26, the Sparks were upended by the Chicago Sky 92-85.

Despite a rough shooting night (4-for-16 overall and 2-for-9 from deep), Kelsey Plum scored a team-high 22 points, handed out seven assists, and grabbed five rebounds.

Dearica Hamby added 20 points, 10 boards, four assists, and three steals. Azura Stevens finished with 17 points, six rebounds, four assists, and three blocks.

Los Angeles clung to a 62-61 lead heading into the final frame. But then Angel Reese helped Chicago take control down the stretch. She scored 11 points in the period, including a three-point play to help Chicago take an 85-74 lead with 2:30 left to play.

Liberty vs Sparks WNBA Pick
