Find our quarterfinal picks for today’s French Open matchups here.

Today’s French Open Picks

Lorenzo Musetti vs. Frances Tiafoe

A fascinating quarterfinal clash is set for the clay surface on Tuesday, as Frances Tiafoe and Lorenzo Musetti collide. The Italian will be playing in the quarterfinals at the major for the first time, but he does have an impressive 67% win rate at the Grand Slam.

His spot in this stage was assured on Sunday after overcoming Holger Rune in a four-set thriller. Tiafoe has already exceeded expectations to reach this stage, and he was excellent on Sunday when booking his spot in this stage following a dominant straight sets win.

But, the American’s journey could end on Tuesday when he comes up against a clay court specialist.

Pick
Lorenzo Musetti (-520)

Carlos Alcaraz vs. Tommy Paul

There will also be American interest in one of the other quarterfinals on Tuesday. Tommy Paul have already eliminated two seeded players at the French Open this year.

His confidence levels should be sky high after a dominant straight sets win over Australian player Alexei Popyrin on Sunday. However, there are few more daunting challenges than a showdown against Carlos Alcaraz.

The Spanish superstar continued his excellent form on the clay surface on Sunday, winning 70% of the points on the first serve against American Ben Shelton. Another dominant display could be on the cards today.

Pick
Carlos Alcaraz (-1150)
New Player Bonus
50% up to $1000

Elina Svitolina vs. Iga Swiatek

Iga Swiatek has quickly put any doubts surrounding her form behind her, as the Polish superstar has been dominant on her return to Roland Garros. The Pole bounced back from a set down against Elena Rybakina on Sunday, holding her nerve to win the deciding set 7-5.

However, Elina Svitolina is an interesting rival in the quarterfinals. She will be playing at this stage of the tournament for the fifth time at the French Open, and she has been excellent throughout the tournament this year.

Like her rival on Tuesday, Svitolina bounced back from a set down to dominate Italian Jasmine Paolini on Sunday. But, the dominant multi-time French Open champion remains the logical play.

Pick
Iga Swiatek (-325)
New Player Bonus
50% up to $1000

Aryna Sabalenka vs. Qinwen Zheng

Top-seeded Aryna Sabalenka has been the dominant player in the women’s competition in Paris. Sabalenka has dropped just 18 games on her way to this stage, with eight of those coming in her straight sets win over American Amanda Anisimova in the fourth round.

Despite that, it is worth noting that she has only reached the semi-final stage on one occasion at the French Open.

Qinwen Zheng is one of the most progressive players on the WTA Tour, and she showcased her quality on the clay in the previous round after smashing ten aces in a three-set win over Liudmila Samsonova. Last year’s Olympic gold medallist at Roland Garros could spring the surprise.

Pick
Qinwen Zheng (+219)
New Player Bonus
50% up to $1000
