A first ever competitive clash between teams involving Jude and Jobe Bellingham was set to create the backdrop for the quarterfinal stage of the FIFA Club World Cup, as Real Madrid and Borussia Dortmund lock horns. However, the fascinating clash between the brothers won’t happen due to Jobe serving a suspension.

Los Blancos booked their spot in this stage of the competition following a hard-fought 1-0 win over Juventus on Tuesday.

Borussia Dortmund also booked their spot in the last eight on the same evening after overcoming Mexican side Monterrey. But, only one of the teams will secure their spot in the next round, and set up a clash with either PSG or Bayern Munich.
