It has been a long wait for Charlotte FC, but their winless run was finally ended last time out, as they registered a 2-0 home win against New York City.
That victory was important in terms of their playoff push, as it moved them back up to ninth. However, it is worth noting that Charlotte have already suffered eleven defeats in the MLS this season.
D.C. United will be aiming to get their campaign back on track after dropping down to 13th following a recent defeat against the LA Galaxy. But, United have recorded just four wins in their 22 outings in 2025.
