Stroud continues to a regress, a trend that is the most concerning with his “sophomore slump” year in the rearview. On the other hand, Houston remains stout on defense, giving them a slim path to victory if the offense improves.

Titans vs Texans NFL Pick

The Titans appear to be among the league’s worst teams as they continue to rebuild into their new era. Picking them to win on the road against the desperate Texans is probably not advisable, but picking them to cover is another story.
