  • The Titans continued their losing streak on Sunday in a brutal 25-3 loss to the Jaguars.
  • Cleveland came up well short at home against San Francisco, losing by a score of 26-8.
  • These two teams last met on September 24, 2023, in a game that the Browns won 27-3.

The Titans and Browns meet this week in a clash between the AFC's cellar. Both are most likely thinking more about the next NFL Draft than winning, but will still hope their rookie QBs improve.

Titans Desperate to End Losing Skid

Tennessee's woes continued on Sunday as they lost their 7th in a row. It's been a brutal season for the Titans, who are well on their way to being the worst team in the NFL for a second straight season. After his best performance of his young career against Seattle, QB Cam Ward and Tennessee's offense took a major step back last week. A bright spot has been their improved pass rush, led by DT Jeffery Simmons.

Browns Looking to Bounce Back

The Browns dropped to 3-9 following their 18-point loss to the 49ers. All things considered, rookie QB Shedeur Sanders played well, completing 16 of 25 passes for 149 yards and a TD. Despite accumulating more total yards on the day than San Francisco, Cleveland only scored 8 points. Two lost fumbles didn't help their cause, with Gage Larvadain fumbling three times. Kevin Stefanski's seat has gotten red-hot.

Titans vs Browns NFL Pick

This matchup has little implications other than NFL Draft positioning, but it will be interesting to see rookie QBs Cam Ward and Shedeur Sanders face off. Both are raw right now, but Ward has the more talented arm. Unfortunately, the talent surrounding him in Tennessee is non-existent. The Titans haven't put up anything resembling a real fight in months. Take the Browns to win this one and cover at home.
