Cavs Look To Bounce Back From Loss Against Sacramento
The Cavaliers suffered a 120-113 setback against the Sacramento Kings on Sunday, which ended their three-game winning streak.
Donovan Mitchell was one of four starters who reached double figures. He finished with 19 points, six rebounds, six assists, and two steals.
Jarrett Allen added 17 points, five rebounds, and four assists. Evan Mobley contributed 16 points, nine boards, and four dimes. Meanwhile, Ty Jerome led the bench unit with 20 points.
Cleveland led by a slim 106-105 margin with five minutes left to play. However, the Kings took control of the game thanks to a 13-5 run.
As a result, the Cavaliers will have to wait at least one more game to wrap up the top seed in the Eastern Conference.
Bulls Shooting For Their Fourth Straight Victory
After back-to-back losses against the Dallas Mavericks (120-119) and the Oklahoma City Thunder (145-117), the Bulls have bounced back with victories in their last three outings, including a 131-117 win against the Charlotte Hornets on Sunday.
Coby White, the NBA’s Eastern Conference Player of the Month in March, led the way with 37 points and five assists. He shot 12-for-16 overall and 6-for-8 from beyond the arc.
Josh Giddey scored 23 points, pulled down 10 rebounds, and dolled out eight assists. Nikola Vucevic had a double-double of 16 points and 11 boards.
Chicago trailed by 10 early on but took control of the game with a 46-27 scoring edge in the second quarter, which resulted in a 75-55 advantage at the break. The road team was never seriously threatened the rest of the way.
