Event Preview

The NASCAR Cup Series continues this weekend, as the AdventHealth 400 will be staged at Kansas Speedway. The field will complete a total distance of 400.5 miles, which is made up by a total of 267 laps. Drivers will complete 80 laps in the first stage, before the race distance is completed by 85 and 102 laps in the second and final stage, respectively.

A number of previous winners of the event will dominate the betting this weekend, with former champions including Kyle Larson and Denny Hamlin. The former could have a leading chances this weekend, as he goes for a third win in seven races.

William Byron continues to sit at the top of the Drivers’ Championship, but his advantage at the summit has been wiped out after finishing outside of the top five in two of the last three races. Last weekend, he could only finish 13th in the Wurth 400.

Denny Hamlin and Chase Elliott are also in the race for top spot in the standings. There will be pressure on both drivers this week, as both finished outside of the top ten last weekend. Ryan Blaney could also have interesting claims after finishing in the top five in three of the last four races.

Plenty have realistic chances this weekend. However, we will be keeping faith with the consistent Christopher Bell. He started the season in excellent form with three wins in the opening four races. Since then, he has finished in the top ten in four of the last five races.
