NFL Thanksgiving Prop Bets

Packers at Lions

The Packers defeated the Lions 27-13 in their season opener and now are set for the rematch. In the first game, QB Jordan Love threw for just 188 yards as Green Bay claimed an early lead and then turned to the run. In Detroit, expect the rematch to be much closer, forcing both teams to air it out down the stretch. Love hasn’t topped 200 yards for a month, but we see him ending that with a big game on Thanksgiving.

Pick
Jordan Love OVER 228.5 passing yards (-115)
New Player Bonus
50% up to $1000

The Lions will likely be forced to air it out in this game as well, taking the ball out of RB Jahmyr Gibbs’ hands. Gibbs has been hot/cold over the past month, setting him up for a quieter game after he exploded for 219 yards in the win over the Giants last week. Most notably, Gibbs rushed 9 times for just 19 yards in Detroit’s Week 1 loss to the Packers. We’re betting he gets stifled in this one too, staying under 70 yards.

Pick
Jahmyr Gibbs UNDER 69.5 rushing yards (-115)
New Player Bonus
50% up to $1000

Detroit is slightly favored to win the rematch, likely due to their home-field advantage. Entering this game with the momentum of a comeback win last week, the Lions are sure to put up a good fight. That being said, they lost by two touchdowns the last time they faced the Packers and have come up short in seven of their last eight NFL Thanksgiving games. Take Green Bay to win this rematch and earn the season sweep.

Pick
Packers to win +2.5 (-105)
New Player Bonus
50% up to $1000

Chiefs at Cowboys

Since returning from suspension, Rashee Rice has been Patrick Mahomes’ #1 target. Rice is averaging just under 80 yards per game and hit that total in 3 of his 5 games. Against a Cowboys team with a league-worst defense, Rice is certain to have a big game. The Cowboys offense will keep this close enough to force the Chiefs to keep passing it. Smash the over on Rice’s receiving total for this NFL Thanksgiving matchup.

Pick
Rashee Rice OVER 71.5 receiving yards (-115)
New Player Bonus
50% up to $1000

Javonte Williams has come back down to Earth after a dominant start to the season. In the first five weeks, he averaged 5.7 yards per carry. In the six games since, he reached a more modest 4.4 yards per carry. Getting 20+ carries in the last two weeks has helped Williams to keep hitting overs, but we expect that to end this week. Against the red-hot Chiefs, expect Dallas to be forced to turn to the passing game often.

Pick
Javonte Williams UNDER 68.5 rushing yards (-115)
New Player Bonus
50% up to $1000

Kansas City is 5-3 over the past eight weeks. All three defeats came on the road by one score to AFC teams in playoff positioning, while the five wins were at home. The Chiefs return to the road this week in this game against the Cowboys, but have a good chance at ending their road losing streak. They are a more complete team than Dallas and will certainly test their struggling defense. We expect the Chiefs to win.

Pick
Chiefs to win -3.0 (-105)
New Player Bonus
50% up to $1000

Bengals at Ravens

Its a bit surprising to see the over/under set so high for Lamar Jackson’s passing total. He’s averaging less than 200 passing yards per game on the season and has only surpassed 230 yards once. As he continues to play through injury, it’s unlikely that he hits that total this week. Against the struggling Bengals, Baltimore should take an early lead and then turn to the run. Smash the under on this passing prop bet for Jackson.

Pick
Lamar Jackson UNDER 234.5 passing yards (-115)
New Player Bonus
50% up to $1000

The Ravens passing game as a whole has been shaky this season, and while Zay Flowers has hit this total more times than Jackson has hit his, it’ll still be a challenge against the Bengals. Expect the script of this game to favor the run. While Flowers may be a contributor on the ground as well, his pure receiving total will likely hover around 50 yards. Take the under for this prop to double up on a likely slow passing game.

Pick
Zay Flowers UNDER 67.5 receiving yards (-115)
New Player Bonus
50% up to $1000

Cincinnati is expected to get starting QB Joe Burrow back for this game. That gives them a much better chance of notching a needed win here. That being said, Burrow has been out since Week 2 and make take some time to get back into rhythm. Baltimore is scorching hot, having won five games in a row. It’s unlikely they win this NFL Thanksgiving game in a blowout, but the Ravens should be to win and cover the spread.

Pick
Ravens to win -7.0 (-105)
New Player Bonus
50% up to $1000
