Buffalo Bills
Josh Allen Rushing Yards Over (Odds) | Josh Allen Rushing Yards Under (Odds) |
---|---|
500.5 (-115) | 500.5 (-115) |
Allen didn’t run much in college at Wyoming, but once he got to the pros, he added the threat of a run to his arsenal. It not only helped the Bills’ offense on the ground, but the threat of the big QB taking off forces defenders to hesitate just enough so he has more passing options.
The over/under of 500 rushing yards for the 2025 season looks like a gimme. He’s surpassed that number in every pro season except for 2020. In that season, he fell 79 yards shy of the mark. When he reaches his early 30s, maybe he’ll tamp down on his ground game, but he’s 29 and going for a Super Bowl. He’ll run as needed.
Pick
Josh Allen Over 500.5 Rushing Yards (-115)

Miami Dolphins
De’Von Achane Receiving Yards Over (Odds) | De’Von Achane Receiving Yards Under (Odds) |
---|---|
500.5 (-115) | 500.5 (-115) |
A fundamental part of the West Coast offense that Dolphins head coach Mike McDaniel uses and maximizes quarterback Tua Tagovailoa’s accuracy and quick release is short passes to the running backs. De’Von Achane epitomizes the ideal running back for that offense in that he’s fast, elusive, and has good hands.
Achane accrued a total of 1,499 yards in 2024. Of those, 907 were on the ground and 592 were through the air. He caught 78 balls. For the 2025 season with McDaniel’s job on the line and Tua needing to protect his oft-concussed head, they will need to have a quick strike offense and dump the ball off when the downfield options are covered. That means Achane will get a lot of catches and accrue more than 500.5 yards.
Pick
De'Von Achane Over 500.5 Receiving Yards (-115)

New York Jets
Justin Fields Passing TDs Over (Odds) | Justin Fields Passing TDs Under (Odds) |
---|---|
14.5 (-105) | 14.5 (-125) |
The question with Fields is how much are the Jets going to trust him to put the ball in the air. Despite Fields having been selected by the Bears with the 11th overall pick in the 2021 NFL Draft, he is on his third team and none have trusted him to put on an air show as he did in college at Ohio State. The Steelers were especially conservative with him relying on high-percentage passes. At times, it seemed as though they were trying to get through the first third of the season until Russell Wilson was healthy so they could change QBs to the veteran.
Fields surpassed this season’s O/U of 14.5 twice with the Bears. In 2022, he tossed 17 TD passes. In 2023, he threw 16 TD passes.
The Jets have a strong corps of running backs and a potentially big time defense. They won’t want to risk games by letting Fields go wild with his throws. Add in that the days of a milquetoast head coach are over. Aaron Glenn is here to win and if the QB isn’t performing, he’ll get pulled.
Pick
Justin Fields Under 14.5 TD passes (-125)

New England Patriots
Drake Maye Total Passing Yards Over (Odds) | Drake Maye Total Passing Yards Under (Odds) |
---|---|
3300.5 (-120) | 3300.5 (-110) |
Maye played in 13 games in 2024 and threw for 2,276 yards while dealing with dysfunction, inconsistency, and perceived ineptitude that led to head coach Jerod Mayo’s firing. With Mike Vrabel running the show and Josh McDaniels returning as offensive coordinator, the Pats’ style will be closer to what it was under Bill Belichick and Tom Brady.
Maye will rely on a balanced attack with the occasional deep shot down the field. Stefon Diggs is going to want the ball. Demario Douglas is a deep threat. Even if the Patriots play the team-oriented style that held sway under Belichick, they should not constrain Maye. Toward that end, 3,300.5 yards is well within his range and he should go over.
Pick
Drake Maye Over 3,300.5 Passing Yards (-120)
