Phoenix vs Las Vegas Game 4 Preview

The Mercury were down 55-43 at the break and trailed 76-59 heading into the final frame. Thanks to a furious rally by the home team, the game was tied at 88 in the waning moments.

Las Vegas got the ball into A’ja Wilson, and she knocked down a tough jumper over two defenders, giving the Aces a 90-88 lead. Phoenix had one more chance to send the game into overtime, but DeWanna Bonner’s shot at the buzzer was off the mark.

Bonner led the team with 25 points and 10 rebounds off the bench on an efficient 7-for-11 effort from the field. Satou Sabally added 24 points and five rebounds before exiting the game with a head injury.

A’ja Wilson powered the Aces’ offense, putting up 34 points, along with 14 rebounds, four assists, and three blocks. Jackie Young registered 21 points, nine assists, three rebounds, and two steals.

Can Phoenix get a much-needed win, or will the Aces close out the series in four games?
