Why BetWhale?

Newly established late in 2023, BetWhale has quickly positioned itself as a serious contender to the established offshore sportsbooks on the scene. There are areas where improvements are needed, so let’s examine the strengths and weaknesses in this BetWhale review.

Is BetWhale Legit?

BetWhale Sportsbook Review

As expected from a relatively new site, the sportsbook experience is sleek, and finding a specific event is a straightforward process, especially with the search bar, which allows you to locate a team or an event quickly. At a glance, we can see odds from 30 different sports and thousands of games. Building a parlay is as simple as clicking on your selection, which is then added to your bet slip. One downside we did notice was only being able to see two of your selections on the slip at a time before you need to scroll, something which could cause issues when drawing up a long parlay:

Although the overall game markets were impressive and the odds competitive, there are minimal options when it comes to prop betting. Unlike BetOnline, for instance, which has an impressive prop and parlay builder for each game, we feel BetWhale’s options are limited here. Some of the soccer games had an impressive array of player and team props, however, there was nothing of the sort available on the majority of the other sporting markets.

Live Betting

Live betting is an ever-growing market in the US and worldwide, but the Betwhale experience is basic at best. We did like the depth of market available in some of their live events, but there’s limited stat tracking and no live streams which sees them trailing competitors when it comes to live, in-play wagers.
