The dust has settled on an action-packed weekend in Las Vegas for WrestleMania 41, and the attention quickly turns to WWE’s next PLE on the calendar. St. Louis will host the 20th edition of Backlash on May 10, 2025, with the card headlined by the final ever showdown between John Cena and Randy Orton.

John Cena vs. Randy Orton Odds & Pick

Match ResultOdds
Randy Orton+1200
John Cena-5000

John Cena made history by becoming a 17-time world champion at WrestleMania 41 after overcoming Cody Rhodes. However, the legendary star will make his first defense of the WWE Undisputed Championship against a familiar foe, as Cena renews his rivalry with Randy Orton.

The Apex Predator attacked the new champion on the Raw following Mania, and ‘One Last’ matchup between two of WWE’s biggest ever stars is set for Orton’s hometown on Saturday. However, it is incredibly unlikely Cena will drop the title so soon after winning the gold.

Pick
John Cena (-5000)

50% up to $1000

Gunther vs. Pat McAfee Odds & Pick

Match ResultOdds
Gunther-1200
Pat McAfee+750

Pat McAfee and Gunther will settle their differences at Backlash in St. Louis. The former World Heavyweight champion attacked the commentator on the Raw following Mania, as McAfee attempted to defend his co-worker Michael Cole.

McAfee requested the match on Raw a week later, which was accepted by stand-in general manager Nick Aldis. It’s likely that McAfee will be written off television over the summer, meaning a return to winning ways for the former champion is likely.

Pick
Gunther (-1200)
New Player Bonus
50% up to $1000

Becky Lynch vs. Lyra Valkyria Odds & Pick

Match ResultOdds
Becky Lynch-400
Lyra Valkyria+250

Lyra Valkyria will defend her Women’s Intercontinental Championship at Backlash against former friend Becky Lynch. The superstars had previously teamed up to win tag team gold at WrestleMania before dropping the titles back to Liv Morgan and Raquel Rodriguez on Raw.

Lynch turned heel on her former friend following the defeat, before later revealing that she was forced to do so after Valkyria had befriended the Irish star’s enemy, Bayley. This should be an interesting bout, and I’m prepared to take a chance on the reigning champion defending her title.

Pick
Lyra Valkyria (+250)
New Player Bonus
50% up to $1000
