One of the games on Saturday’s WNBA slate features the Indiana Fever hosting the Chicago Sky. Which team gets back into the win column in our Fever vs Sky pick?

Fever Hope To Snap Two-Game Skid

Following an impressive five-game win streak, Indiana has dropped their last two contests, including a 95-60 defeat at the hands of the Phoenix Mercury on Thursday night.

The Fever trailed 53-44 in the third quarter before Phoenix used a 14-0 burst to push its lead to 23 points (67-44) with 2:39 left in the period. This stretch enabled the Mercury to cruise to an easy double-digit victory.

Sophie Cunningham led the way with 18 points on 6-of-9 shooting overall and 5-for-8 from deep. Kelsey Mitchell added 12 points and four assists for an Indiana team that shot just 34.3 percent from the field and 23.3 percent from beyond the arc.

Chicago Looks To Regroup Following Poor Showing Against Atlanta

After snapping an eight-game losing streak with a 14-point win against the Washington Mystics, the Sky came up short against Atlanta 86-65 on Thursday.

Chicago held a six-point lead at the break, but was unable to sustain its early success. The Dream responded by scoring the first 10 points in the third quarter en route to outscoring the Sky by a decisive 58-31 margin in the second half.

Rachel Banham and Kamilla Cardoso were the headline performers. Banham scored a team-high 18 points, along with four rebounds and two assists. Cardoso added 12 points, six boards, and five dimes.

Fever vs Sky WNBA Pick

Indiana has the fifth-highest scoring average and ranks eighth in points allowed per outing (81.9). Meanwhile, Chicago is ranked 12th in both offensive and defensive efficiency.

The Fever have won four of the previous five meetings in this series, including all three matchups this season. With that in mind, look for them to stay dominant against an inferior opponent.
