- Chelsea have won their last three games in the Premier League
- Wolves have failed to win in four EPL fixtures
Teams at contrasting ends of the Premier League standings will collide on Feb 7, as Chelsea chase a fourth straight win when they travel to Wolves.
It has been a mixed week for Liam Rosenior’s side, as the Blues were dumped out of the EFL Cup in midweek following a limp display against Arsenal. However, they have won their last three in the Premier League.
This weekend's hosts started 2026 in excellent form, but they have since failed to win in four, and have suffered back-to-back defeats.

Wolves Set for Relegation
Wolves’ relegation to the Championship looks like a formality at this stage of the season. They come into this round after losing each of their last two, while they have failed to score in their previous three.
Scoring goals has been a major issue throughout the campaign, failing to net in 54% of their fixtures. That is the highest of any team in the Premier League since Norwich City in 2021-22.
Their attacking prospects will be further restricted this weekend after allowing Jorgen Strand Larsen to depart the club for Crystal Palace in the winter transfer window.

Blues Chasing Top-Four Spot
Chelsea have performed excellently since Liam Rosenior’s appointment, winning each of their last three in the Premier League.
That run of form leaves the Blues sitting fifth in the standings, and they are just one point adrift of the top four. However, a better attacking performance will be required on Saturday following a poor and defensive display against Arsenal on Tuesday.
Joao Pedro could be the team’s leading hope in the final third, having scored five goals in his last eight. Meanwhile, the Brazilian has netted in each of the three EPL matches under Rosenior.
