Premier League action is set for the City Ground on Feb 22, as the City Ground hosts Nottingham Forest vs. Liverpool.
Vitor Pereira is the fourth different manager in the hot seat at Forest this season, but the former Wolves coach made a quick start to life at the club after landing a midweek 3-0 win over Fenerbahce.
Arne Slot’s Liverpool have bounced back to form in recent games, winning back-to-back fixtures in all competitions without conceding.

It has been a miserable campaign for Nottingham Forest, who have failed to hit the heights from last term, and continue to battle toward the foot of the standings.
Sean Dyche’s sacking sees Forest move onto their fourth manager of the season, but Pereira made an excellent start in midweek.
Their home form isn’t as bad as their league position suggests, as the Tricky Trees have avoided defeat in their last three at the City Ground. But, offensively, they have missed Chris Wood throughout the campaign, failing to score in 12 EPL fixtures.

Liverpool’s title hopes have already faded in 2025-26, meaning that a Champions League finish will be the main target for Slot.
The Reds come into the round sitting sixth in the standings, and they could draw level on points with fourth-place Man United with a win in the East Midlands on Sunday. Liverpool have been professional in their last two games, winning successive fixtures in all competitions against Sunderland and Brighton without conceding.
However, their record on the road in the Premier League remains a notable issue, as the champions have won just three of their last eleven away from Anfield.

Nottingham Forest looked much-improved in their first game under new management in midweek, and it is worth noting that they have avoided defeat in their last three against the Reds.
Furthermore, Liverpool’s poor away record means that the best value in the betting could be on the shock home win.
