Fascinating Premier League action impacting positions at both ends of the standings is set for Anfield on Feb 28, as Liverpool host West Ham.
Arne Slot’s side have shown excellent character to win their last two games, and they could move level on points with fourth-placed Man United on Saturday.
West Ham’s survival bid is still in the balance, with the Hammers sitting 18th after going three without defeat.

Liverpool deserve credit for their improved defensive showings in recent weeks, earning clean sheets in wins over Sunderland and Nottingham Forest.
That record should be respected, but the Reds haven’t kept three successive clean sheets since the start of last season. Dominik Szoboszlai has been one of the team’s standout players in 2025-26, recording more shots from outside the box than any other EPL star.
Home form has been mixed for Liverpool this term, winning 54% of their fixtures, and conceding over 1.00 goal on average per game.

Nuno Espirito Santo’s West Ham have eleven games to save their Premier League status. The Hammers sit two points away from safety, but plenty of positives can be taken from the fact that they have avoided defeat in their last three.
However, their shortcomings in attacking areas were on full display in last weekend’s 0-0 draw against Bournemouth.
West Ham’s best chance of scoring could come in the opening 45 minutes, with 59% of their goals being scored in the first half. But, the Hammers have a miserable away record against reigning champions, losing 26 of their last 29.
