Liverpool have returned to competitive form in recent months, but they have lacked a clinical edge after drawing each of their last three. The Reds have been without forwards such as Isak, Ekitike, and Salah for the last three rounds.
Liverpool have a reliable record in the FA Cup, and they haven't suffered a third-round exit since 2018-19.
The team's record at Anfield this season has been strong, winning 60% of their fixtures and scoring an average of 1.5 goals per game.

Barnsley famously recorded a shock win over Liverpool in the FA Cup back in 2008.
However, they will need a heroic effort to repeat history. Barnsley have failed to win in their last four games, and they were last in action on New Year's Day, drawing 1-1 at Wigan.
