Just two teams remain in the hunt for the MLS Cup in 2025, and a star-studded affair is set for Dec 6, as Lionel Messi’s Inter Miami come up against Thomas Müller’s Vancouver Whitecaps. Find the odds and picks for the showdown here.
Inter Miami will have the home-field advantage on Saturday, and confidence levels should be high following an excellent run of performances to achieve a first appearance in the MLS Cup Final.
The Whitecaps have also been offensively impressive throughout the season, and their road record gives them an excellent opportunity to upset the odds at Chase Stadium.

Inter Miami will have their sights set on a first MLS Cup honor this weekend. The franchise have long been the outright favorites to win the honor, and their performances have only improved since the start of the playoffs.
In fact, they have reached new levels in the previous two rounds, beating FC Cincinnati 4-0 and New York City 5-1. Thomas Allende has been the star man, scoring five goals in the last two rounds of the playoffs.
However, Lionel Messi’s numbers are also staggering, contributing 57 goal involvements in 33 MLS appearances.

The Vancouver Whitecaps will be the outsiders in the MLS Cup Final. However, plenty of positives can be taken from their performances throughout the season, as they compiled an 18-7-9 record.
Their performances have reached new levels in the second half of the year, and they were good value for their spot in the MLS Cup Final following a professional 3-1 success over San Diego last Saturday. Brian White scored a brace in that success, taking his tally for the campaign to 18.
Thomas Müller has also been a key player since arriving in Vancouver, registering eight goals and two assists. The German will be key to their chances of winning a first MLS Cup this weekend.

A first-time winner of the MLS Cup will be crowned on Saturday, and all eyes will be on Messi and Inter Miami.
However, the Whitecaps have an impressive head-to-head record against their opponents, and their style of play has excelled in away matches, especially against high-ranked rivals.
