Marco Silva would have been delighted with the performance of his side last Saturday, as they battled to an entertaining 3-2 win at Burnley. The victory ended a two-game losing run.
Nottingham Forest also enhanced their survival chances last weekend with a win, moving five points clear of the bottom three.

Marco Silva’s Fulham had been in danger of sleep walking into a relegation battle after suffering defeats in back-to-back games.
However, they put seven points between themselves and the drop zone last weekend after recording a 3-2 win on the road at Burnley. Home form would be a slight concern for the Cottagers this weekend, as Fulham have lost their last two at Craven Cottage.
However, they haven’t lost three in succession at home since 2022. But, they have lost seven of their last nine Monday night kick offs in the Premier League.

Sean Dyche’s arrival has had an immediate impact on Nottingham Forest’s prospects this season.
The Tricky Trees have won three of their last five in the Premier League, and a victory on the road this week could see them move to as high as 14th in the standings. Forest were excellent 3-0 winners against Tottenham last Sunday.
Their recent record gives them huge confidence, scoring at least three goals in three of their eight matches under Dyche. Monday night games have been a positive for Forest, as they are unbeaten in their last seven; winning four and playing out three draws.

This should be an entertaining clash based on the attacking records of both teams in recent weeks.
However, the confidence gained following their win against Tottenham last Sunday could give Forest the edge. It could also be worth noting that the visitors have had a full week to prepare for this clash, while Fulham were in EFL Cup action on Wednesday.
