Bournemouth’s form has been alarming in recent weeks, having gone five without a win. That run of form has seen them drop to 14th in the league standings.

Andoni Iraola’s Bournemouth made an excellent start to the Premier League season after losing just once in their opening nine league fixtures.
However, their form has dipped in recent weeks, dropping to a season-low 14th after losing four of their last five. Their most recent defeat was suffered at home against Everton in midweek, as the Cherries looked void of ideas in the final third of the field.
Being back in front of their home fans should be a positive this weekend, as they have been much better at the Vitality Stadium than they have on their travels, conceding just five goals.

Chelsea have largely been a frustrating team for bettors throughout this season, typically underperforming when gaining momentum.
That has been evident once again this week after taking a creditable win against Barcelona and a draw against Arsenal, they followed up a string of strong performances with a defeat at Leeds United.
Defensive issues from last season reared their ugly head, including a major mishap for Leeds’ third goal between Tosin and Sanchez. A return to form is key this weekend, if Chelsea are to have serious title claims in 2025-26.

Chelsea have avoided defeat in their last six matches against Bournemouth. The recent form of the hosts is an alarming factor this weekend, but their offensive quality looks set to unsettle a shaky Blues defense.
Either side could win this clash, with BTTS being a standout selection. But, the very narrow preference is given to the visitors to get their form back on track, with a returning Palmer to play a starring role.
