- Wolves on course to be the worst team in EPL history after accumulating just two points this season
The Premier League leaders will face the team that are rooted to the bottom of the standings on Dec 13. You can find the odds and our Arsenal vs. Wolves picks here.
Mikel Arteta’s Gunners will be under slight pressure this weekend after seeing their advantage at the Premier League summit cut to just two points after losing against Aston Villa last Saturday.
However, Wolves are undeniably one of the worst teams to play in the Premier League, accumulating just two points in their opening 15 matches. More unwanted Football League records could be set this weekend at the Emirates.

Gunners Chasing Return to Winning Ways
Anyone thinking that Arsenal would routinely coast to the EPL title this season have been left with egg on their face.
The Gunners have failed to win in three of their last five Premier League matches, and they suffered a second defeat of the campaign at Aston Villa last Saturday.
That result means that the Gunners now only have a two-point advantage at the summit, with Man City well within striking distance.
However, Arsenal’s record at the Emirates is hard to overlook this weekend, winning six of their seven and scoring an impressive 18 goals. Meanwhile, they have allowed just two goals, keeping clean sheets in 71% of their home fixtures.

Wolves Making Unwanted History
Relegation to the Championship looks almost a certainty at this stage of the season for Wolves.
It has been over 200 days since their last win in the Premier League, and they have accumulated just two points from their fixtures this season, sitting 13 points from safety.
Defeat at home to Man United last Monday was their eighth straight defeat, setting the record for the longest losing streak in the Premier League era. Rob Edwards’ arrival has done little to change the tide in their favor, and they are in danger of breaking Derby County’s record low points tally in the competition.
Furthermore, they could break further unwanted records. Sheffield United’s 17-game winless start to the season looks likely with fixtures against Liverpool and Man United to come before the start of 2026.

Arsenal vs. Wolves Picks
Winless Wolves are available at a staggering +1950 this weekend, marking the biggest priced selection of the Premier League season so far.
It only indicates their limited chance of claiming a first win of the season against the league leaders. Instead, based on the visitors’ poor offensive record, it could be worth siding with an Arsenal win to nil at the odds available.
