Flyers Hoping to Go Into Break With Momentum
Thursday’s clash against the Senators will be the Flyers' final NHL game before the start of the Winter Olympics.
They will be aiming to respond after going 25-20-10 this term, but losing five of their last ten in regulation.
Philadelphia do at least come into this clash following a win in their latest game after overcoming the Washington Capitals earlier this week. Rasmus Ristolainen and Jamie Drysdale both scored goals in that success.

Senators Boast Winning Recent Form
The Ottawa Senators may sit at the bottom of the Atlantic Division, but confidence can be gained from their record over the last ten after winning on five occasions.
Meanwhile, the Senators still have a winning overall record in 2025-26, going 27-22-7 across their 56 outings.
However, a response will be expected this week, following a 4-3 road loss against the Carolina Hurricanes earlier this week. But, their strong offensive record will give them a solid chance to respond.

Senators vs. Flyers Picks
The Senators could be the value play this week. Their strong offensive record could unsettle the Flyers defense, while it could also be important to consider that they have won 43% of their road games against Philadelphia.
