The Devils have suffered losses in their last two games, which has seen them drop to sixth in the Metropolitan Division.
Meanwhile, the Predators have also lost back-to-back games. However, they have won five over their last ten, meaning that a comeback can’t be ruled out.
The New Jersey Devils have lost back-to-back games under Sheldon Keefe, but they still hold interesting playoff claims after accumulating a winning record of 27-24-2 this term.
They come into this home game after going 5-5-0 across their last ten, but defensively, they will need to improve based on their previous two outings.
The Devils have conceded eight across losses against the Seattle Kraken and Winnipeg Jets, while they have also allowed at least four goals in each of their last three, and four of their last six.

The Preds have been largely consistent on the road this season, going 10-11-2. Steven Stamkos leads the team with 24 goals, while Ryan O’Reilly has amassed a team-high 50 points.
